Fair Housing Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

At E42 Properties, we are committed to upholding fair housing practices as outlined by Maryland law and federal regulations. We firmly believe in providing equal housing opportunities for all individuals regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or source of income.

Under Maryland law, it is illegal to discriminate against any person based on these protected characteristics in the sale, rental, financing, or advertising of housing accommodations. E42 Properties adheres strictly to these laws and is dedicated to ensuring that all individuals have access to housing opportunities without facing discrimination.

We do not tolerate discrimination in any form, including but not limited to:

  • Refusing to rent or sell housing

  • Setting different terms or conditions for housing

  • Providing different housing services or facilities

  • Falsely denying the availability of housing

  • Harassing or intimidating individuals in their housing choices

Additionally, E42 Properties does not discriminate based on a person's source of income. We recognize that all lawful sources of income should be considered equally when evaluating housing applications.
